You may know Kenya for her world accomplished long distance runners, however, the country and our Kenya stand offer much more to cherish and enjoy.

Coffee

The Kenya Stand provides directly imported AA Arabica Coffee from a single farm. It is freshly roasted and freshly brewed. Kenya coffee has rich aromatic odors that offer a fine "nose" and full "bouquet" of delightful notes from the country’s fertile land and sun.

Teas

In addition, Kenya is one of the largest exporters of black tea in the world. The international community may be familiar with Kericho Gold Tea and even some blended brands. Kericho Gold is one of the leading tea production companies in the country and available at our stand.

Food

Our culinary offering brings the rich and diverse flavors of Kenya to visitors, highlighting both traditional recipes and everyday favorites enjoyed across the country. A centerpiece of this experience is Kenyan Pilau, a fragrant rice dish slow-cooked in a richly spiced broth infused with cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, and other aromatic spices, often prepared with tender beef or chicken, delivering a deeply savory and memorable taste.

Guests can also enjoy Mandazi, a slightly sweet, fluffy fried bread similar to a doughnut, commonly served as a breakfast staple or enjoyed as a light snack alongside tea. Another essential feature is Chapati, a soft, layered unleavened flatbread that is pan-fried to perfection. It is typically paired with lentil stews such as ndengu or used creatively to wrap eggs and fillings in the popular street-style “Kenyan Rolex.”

Together, these dishes offer an authentic taste of Kenyan hospitality and culinary heritage, providing visitors with both comfort and discovery through traditional flavors and preparation methods.

Arts and crafts

The culture of Kenya is also presented through the wearable arts and crafts designed by different communities. These pieces range from bags, sandals, armbands and beaded necklaces to beaded dog collars and dog-leashes – all made locally from available materials. The beadwork embodies the Maasai culture, representing beauty, tradition, strength, and sometimes even social status.
