Homemade traditional Irish soda bread

Once again our master bread baker, Nives, has generously offered to bake her delicious brown and/or white soda bread on order and for collection up to 18 December.

Loaves cost 10€ (approx 1kg in weight). Brown soda comes in either round or rectangle loaves and white soda in round shape. The bread freezes perfectly.

All monies received go to the Bazar International via the Ireland stand. The committee of the Ireland Stand wishes to thank Nives very sincerely as she donates all the ingredients, labour and time each year.

Smoked bio/organic Irish salmon

This year's Bazaar will be held from Friday to Sunday, 11 to 13 November. We will, as usual, be selling our delicious smoked bio/organic Irish salmon. Orders are now being accepted. There is a very slight increase of 1€ in some of the prices due to higher transport costs.
